White skin

Wrap my white skin in delicate, ebony lace,
This purity and innocence can't be hidden without a trace.

Belt me, scar me, skin me to the bone,
I will fall back so you can have your throne.

You will not give in,
(Neither will I)
But pain won't win,
(Stubborness is sly)
Love shall prevail,
(But at what cost)
Lift hope's veil,
(In guilt I am lost)
